At least four companies in the aerospace industry analyze their possible arrival in Nuevo Le\u00f3n, attracted by the maturity of the value chain of the entity\u2019s different industries, said Lorenzo Aguilar, undersecretary of Investment and Industrial Development of the Secretariat of Economy and Labor of Nuevo Le\u00f3n (Sedet).<\/span><\/p>\n

“Today we have four companies that have a real interest in establishing themselves in Mexico and one of their options, if not the best for them so far, is Nuevo Le\u00f3n. We cannot give their names because we signed a confidentiality agreement with them, but they belong to sectors that complement the value chain, “he said<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSome companies are from Europe and others from the United States, but they haven\u2019t made an official decision,” he added.<\/span><\/p>\n

The official stated that said companies already identified what they need and decided that it is Mexico where they want to go; they are evaluating two or three metropolitan areas as well as their availability and labor quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

He acknowledged that while the Baja California and Baj\u00edo areas are the ones that concentrate the largest number of companies in the aerospace sector, Nuevo Leon has been positioning itself little by little in this segment.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
